A classic pairing, strawberry and kiwi give water a subtle sweet taste.
1 cup (250 mL) hulled and sliced strawberries
3 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) dried hibiscus flowers
2 cups (2 L) water
Place berries and kiwi slices in large pitcher or bowl. Pour water over top. Add hibiscus. Chill in refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
Serves 4.
