Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) unsweetened cranberry juice
- 2 cups (500 mL) apple cider or apple juice
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 2 whole cloves
- 2 thick strips orange peel
- 4 rooibos tea bags

In large pot, add juice, cider, cranberries, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, and orange peel. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, reduce to low, and add tea bags. Continue to simmer over low for 1 to 2 hours, until warm and infused. Remove tea bags, cinnamon, star anise, and cloves. Ladle into mugs and enjoy.
