Match-Day Ginger Beer Mocktail

Fresh, light, and a little zingy, this beverage is a wonderful nonalcoholic option to serve at game-day festivities.

Ingredients
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) lime juice
- 1 tsp (5 mL) honey
- Pinch of salt
- Ice cubes
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) pineapple juice
- 1 tsp (5 mL) cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) ginger kombucha

In large glass, place mint leaves, lime juice, sugar, and salt; muddle together to release some flavour from the mint. If you don’t have a muddler, use the handle end of a wooden spoon or something similar. Fill about half the glass with ice. Pour in pineapple juice and apple cider vinegar; stir well. Add kombucha and stir gently.
