This creamy green drink packed with antioxidants only tastes like dessert.
1 heaping tsp (5 mL) green matcha powder
1/4 cup (60 mL) nearly boiling water
3/4 cup (180 mL) steamed skim milk or milk alternative
1 tsp (5 mL) raw honey (optional)
In medium bowl, whisk matcha powder with water until all lumps have been dissolved. Whisk in steamed milk and honey (if using).
Pour over ice cubes and enjoy immediately.
