    Frozen Yogurt Berry Bark

This is a great pickmeup recipe, whether it’s enjoyed as a snack or a dessert. The proteinrich yogurt and polyphenolrich fruits help your body make feelgood neurotransmitters to uplift you, and the magnesiumrich chocolate helps you feel calm. Simply spread yogurt out on a baking sheet and go nuts with the toppings you love.

      Ingredients

      • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
      • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
      • 3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
      • 1/2 cup toasted almonds, roughly chopped
      • 1 1/2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), fresh or frozen
      • 1/2 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
      • 1/4 cup thick coconut chips
      • Drizzle of honey (optional)

      Directions

      01

In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup, mixing well.

      02

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the yogurt mixture on it, making it as thin as you can. Cascade the almonds, berries, chocolate, and coconut chips overtop, then gently press them in to ensure they stick. Drizzle honey overtop if you’d like to add extra sweetness.

      03

Place in the freezer for 3–4 hours. Once completely frozen, break into jagged pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
