This is sure to become your new favourite summertime thirst-quencher. You can stir gin or white rum into serving glasses for a grown-up beverage.
Per serving:
Slice cantaloupe, limes, and ginger to the size needed to fit through feed tube of your juicer brand. Run cantaloupe, limes, and ginger through juicer.
Place sugar and 4 cups (1 L) water in medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.
Pour cantaloupe juice and sugar water into large pitcher. Let chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Best served over ice.
