Basil ginger green tea tumeric cooler

This refreshing cooler has layers of delicate flavour and just a hint of sweetness. An infusion of basil, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and turmeric is combined with gently steeped green tea. Make this well in advance to allow time to chill the drink prior to the picnic. Keep it cold in an insulated container or cooler.

    Turmeric stains

Turmeric will stain surfaces, hands, and clothes, so use care while handling. Wash your knife and cutting board immediately and avoid turmeric stains on your surface. Act on any marks quickly with a combination of liquid dishwashing detergent, baking soda, and vinegar.
