    This is a sweet and delicious drink that is sure to be a big hit served at a brunch or luncheon in the summer. Can be made up to two hours before being served.

    1 pineapple, peeled and cut up
    2 lb (1 kg) grapes
    2 oranges, peeled
    1 lime, peeled

    Juice all ingredients in a heavy-duty juicer. Alternatively, peel the pineapple, blend all of the fruit in a high-performance blender, and strain it through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth. Chill before serving.

    Serves 8 to 10.

    Each serving contains: 126 calories; 2 g protein; 0 g total fat (0 g sat. fat, 0 g trans fat); 33 g carbohydrates; 3 g fibre; 3 mg sodium
