1/2 cup (125 ml) water
1/2 cup (125 ml) orange or pineapple juice
1/2 ripe banana, sliced
3 heaping tbsp (45 ml)
whey-protein powder
1/2 cup (125 ml) ice, crushed
Pour water and juice into blender. Add banana and whey-protein powder. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy. Drink immediately.
