Summer Salsa

This salsa tastes great with corn chips, but make sure you buy chips with all-natural ingredients, good oils and no added preservatives. Mangoes may be substituted with papayas, peaches or pineapples.

Chop all ingredients and place in a large salad bowl. Mix thoroughly and chill for at least one hour; ingredients should have enough time to blend together. Before serving, season to taste with tamari or herbal salt.
