3 tbsp. chamomile flowers
1 tbsp. Lemon balm leaves
1 tbsp. Peppermint leaves
1 tbsp. Wormwood
1 tbsp. Yarrow
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 tsp. of this mix, steep covered for ten minutes; strain and sip warm tea between meals.
