1 cup (250 ml) raw sunflower seeds
1 cup (250 ml) raisins or currants
1/4 cup (60 ml) raw cashew pieces
1/4 cup (60 ml) raw almonds
1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded or ribbon, unsweetened coconut (Optional)
Mix all ingredients together and store in tins, jars or plastic bags for freshness. Keeps many weeks.
