Because stress is associated with a suppressed immune system, insomnia, and weight gain not to mention deeply etched scowl lines on your forehead it's a good idea to go green.

No nature on your way home? Apparently, even short exposures to parks and gardens have emotional benefits. So, put away the map, and take the long way home just be sure that you pass a park or two along the way.
