1 small head of romaine salad
1 small head of green leaf lettuce
1 small head of lollo rosso
2 small cucumbers, sliced
2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
Dressing:
Lemon juice
olive oil
fresh herbs (such as mint, parsley, cilantro, basil and green onions)
Wash and tear greens. Toss with cucumbers and tomatoes in a large bowl.
Chop all herbs and mix with lemon juice and olive oil. Add to mixed salad greens along with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
