5 tbsp. Milk thistle fruit, crushed 2 tbsp. Dandelion roots, with tops 1 tbsp. Peppermint leavesPour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 tsp. of this mixture, steep covered for ten minutes; strain and sip warm tea between meals.
