1/2 cup (125 mL) feta cheese
3 Greek olives, pitted
2 marinated artichoke hearts (fully drained and chopped)
1/2 tsp (2 mL) olive oil
1 Tbsp (15 mL) fresh Parmesan
1/2 tsp oregano or dill
Preheat oven to 400°F (225°C). Brush dough with olive oil. Lightly sprinkle Parmesan on dough. Arrange olives and artichoke hearts and sprinkle feta and oregano on top. Cook for 20 minutes.
