1 cup (250 ml) raw hulled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 cup (250 ml) raw pecans or fresh walnuts
1/2 cup (125 ml) dried apricots
1/2 cup (125 ml) pine nuts or hazelnuts (filberts)
1/2 cup (125 ml) other dried fruit (pears, peaches, apples, etc or more apricots)
Mix all ingredients together and store in tins, jars or plastic bags for freshness. Keeps many weeks.
