2 cups (500 ml) fruit of the season such as strawberries, raspberries, peaches, blackberries or blueberries
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
2 cups (500 ml) unsweetened cherry or apple cider
2 cups (500 ml) mineral water
1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
Cut fruit in bite sized pieces and place in punch bowl or glass jug. Add juice of lemon and orange, cider and mineral water. Add ice cubes shortly before serving.
