6 tbsp. Stinging nettle leaves
3 tbsp. Dandelion roots and leaves
3 tbsp. Horsetail
2 tbsp. Uva ursi
Pour 1 cup of cold water over 2 tsp. of mixture, bring to boil, steep for five minutes; strain and drink 3 cups daily for four weeks.
