Banana Shake
2 cups (500 ml) soy milk 2 bananas 1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract 1 Tbsp (15 ml) rum (optional) 1 Tbsp (15 ml) honey (to taste) Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately or cool in refrigerator and store for later. Source: alive Magazine (pre-2000)
