My wife and I started to pick up your original leaflets and the alive Magazine in the ’70s. I have them all back to No. 35—cover photo by Siegfried Gursche.

My wife, at the time, had a sugar problem and arthritis. She learned how to straighten out her fingers, get rid of the bumps and swellings, and live pain free for a good many years.
I know a little about junk food and poor lifestyle—it sent me to the hospital for two hernia operations. I was going in again for another one but my wife had other ideas and got me to go to Calgary to see a naturopathic doctor. That was over 25 years ago.

Now I would like to express my appreciation and many thanks to alive Magazine, the writers, authors, and staff who have been a great help over the years.
