had psoriasis for 4yrs all over my body and limbs covering about a third of my skin, conventional means tend to produce outbreaks especially when steroids are stopped being used. Whatever is causing psoriasis seems to mutate to overcome any treatment thus far used. A small spot appears on me and seems to remain permanant as it grows. spots combine maybe someday my whole body be covered. i tried three kenalog injections within last 2.5 yrs the first one completely cleared second cleared but left dark telltale spots and the third reduced it about 20%. The creams dont help at all and seem to act as a catylst like adding fertilizer to feeed the monster for when i stop applying it the skin grows new spots and other ones grow bigger. At night the spots dry up and crack and bleed my whole body feels like its hot and burns, soon it numbs and if i keep still can fall asleep. when i move or twist skin cracks when i shower or bath i shed lots, than toweling off shed more. skin seems to grow in half a day. I am familar with many kinds of treatments and leary of drugs. The cost of Humira costs more than i make an IT technician. I hope i can find suggestions here how to treat my skin. Pls any suggestion appreciated

Have you tried things like increasing Water intake, or increasing things like Vitamin E intake, or perhaps trying things like Cocoa Butter or Coconut Oil.

You could try taking Bromelain as that may help with skin issues, or you could eat Pineapple, a Bromelain container, and even Papaya might help as it's got Papain, another potential skin helper.

Some Meat Tenderisers contain one or both of these things, as they are also Proteases, (Protein digesting Enzymes).

Maybe these ideas can help.

Good luck.
