Cures illness related to the Heart. I doubt that. Might have some effects on Heart health, but not cure it. Not in my opinion, that looks like a very far fetched claim.

Plus the range of things it's meant to do, just looks a little too good to be true.

Not being rude to you, just expressing an opinion.
