I didn't even recognize Seth Rogen... after he faced a health scare he was determined to loose weight and get in shape! He looks amazing and is such an inspiration.

That's good for him, but unfortunately, the article says nothing about how he did it.
Wouldn't be very inspirational, if he'd been eating 1,200 calories a day for example, and troffing down uselss Fat Pills.
Not disparaging him or you, because I support weight loss, but unless I'd seen evidence of how he did it, I wouldn't cite him as someone to look up to, incase he'd been using dubious methods, I wouldn't deem acceptable to espouse to others.
Hopefully he lost the weight properly, without gimmicks or stupid restriction methods for example. |

This actor probably used a strict diet and exercise program and since he has probably never seriously worked out before in the past the workouts quickly caused him to make great progress. Thats the beauty of being a beginner :)
Of course there is always some doubt as to how he got into shape. Plenty of Actors and even Actresses in Hollywood have access to Performance Enhancing Drugs like Anabolic Steriods, Growth Hormone, Fat loss Drugs etc... They also have top medical experts administering the drugs to them, allowing them to take it safely, without the deadly side effects asscociated with abuse like Pro BodyBuilders do. I'm definitely not implying that this actor took drugs, what I'm saying is that many have and will continue to use these substances in Hollywood, as they know when administered correctly the quality of life can be improved. |

Good points.
I also believe a lot of these people are exploited by PT's for big $$$, because they don't know what they're doing, and think what they're being told is acceptable. |

So very true Boss, then these trainers achieve what I like to call fake accreditation and fame, thx large in part to the media who have virtually no clue when it comes to a properly applied fitness program.
I.e Just because they got some hollywood stars in shape then they must have the newest ultimate fitness program and if you try it out you will achieve the same result and of course the majority of the population see's this and wastes their money on it as well. Then once they see that they can't achieve the results they usually quit or give up on fitness altogther. It's a sad story surely. |
