I like to scoop fruit like grapes, watermelon, and strawberries in it. Sometimes I'll take a tub and dump a bunch of fruit in it and stir it up. How do you eat Cool Whip?

DO NOT EAT COOL WHIP!

Ingredients = high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated coconut & palm oils (read: very, very bad)...

Eat real food! If you crave whipped cream, make real whipped cream yourself and enjoy. You deserve better than fake food.

Hydrogenated oils are probably in alot of foods we eat. Peanut Butter, cake mixes, etc. There are no trans fats in Cool Whip.

Ok... High fructose corn syrup is just the liquid form of sugar. and hydronated means added water. so, its just coconut milk with a little extra water. and palm oils are EXTREMELY healthy for you, miss HealthyChic...

Palm Oils might be healthy for you, but not in a Hydrogenated form, the same as Coconut Oil. Hydrogenated Coconut Oil is sometimes used in Ice Creams.

Also Palm Oil has been criticised, because the methods used to get it, supposedly endanger certain species, including Monkeys I believe, as their habitat suffers, to obtain said oil.

Something like Coconut or Sesame Oil, wouldn't require possible deforestation, or wanten destruction of habitats, as the collection the resources needed to obtain the Oils, is pretty environmentally safe.

The only issue with something like Coconut Oil, would probably be some poor person falling out of a palm tree, and getting hurt, maybe fatally.

thank you for bringing up this topic.
I am a huge anti-cool whip proponent.
I love the "What's Cooking" magazine Kraft puts out. I can often modify their processed food recipes for healthier choices but i was always wondering why they promoted cool whip when they claim to be promoting healthy choices for families.
I wrote to KRAFT and asked them - no surprise they didn't respond. they own cool whip and they choose to sell edible oil products to families to make a profit. It makes me sad. I still like their ideas in their magazines but I choose other products over Kraft when I shop.
