does anybody have a remedy to control acne on the face; my son is 16 and it is getting out of control; any help would be appreciated. Has anybody heard of or done natural food facials?

Well hopefully it is not too serious, as it could result in a possible scenario of a Doctor telling him to use Accutane, which I think is prescribed for severe cases.

Things that might help is making sure Vitamin E levels are quite good, perhaps increasing Water might help him too.

Could also possibly use Cocoa Butter, which probably has Vit E in too.
