I have some damage in my neck from a car accident, and my doctor said to use something that cradles my head when I sleep. I have bought a memory foam pillow, but I see that it has a polyester/nylon covering, and has "Ultra-Fresh" antimicrobial protection. What is that??? It doesn't sound like something that I want to sleep on.
