This is probably way too late for the first poster, given the date of posting, but for anyone in a similar position this might help.

I will comment firstly on the second post, by saying I hope they are not advocating such a person just starve to death, as that is absolutely horrible and shameful advice, should I be right in my summary.

If that was not intended to be portrayed by such advice, then apologies.

Okay, based on what I have read I would list the following foods, with a basic type of plan.

Flax, ground seeds or powdered, (Oil sometimes goes rancid). Very good for Protein, Carbs, (Fibre),Monousaturated Fats and some Vits and Minerals.

Chicken

Turkey

Pork

Lamb

Beef

Lean Ham

Low Mercury Fish like Salmon

Coconut Oil, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sesame Oil etc etc. Coconut Oil contains Medium Chain Fatty acids that convert to energy.

Kefir, (add to Milk, digests the Galactose in the Lactose sugar). Strength depends on the duration of conversion, (between 12-36 hours). So this might help get some Dairy proteins and Minerals / Vitamins, providing it can be had. People grow it and give it away free. Would need internet searches, or possibly through links on the Facebook superfood application.

Soup. Things like Tomato possibly, (for reasons explained later), oxtail, Beef.

Avocado, (good for Carbs and healthy Fats).

Broccoli, Onion, Potato, Carrot, Swede, Turnip.

Apple, Pear, Banana.

If the Tomato has anything to do with the Solinene content, also present in Potatos, Cooking destroys it, so Grilled Tomato could be fine, same as cooked Potato, so Tomato Soup could be okay.

This is a sample menu a woman could possibly follow, based on what I think would be suitable to eat in such an extreme instance.

Breakfast

1 Large Banana, leave for 15 minutes to digest, then consume rest of meal. Lean Ham for protein, possibly Grilled Tomato, (small), if that's okay for extra Carbs, or could have a small Kefir Drink.

Snack

1 Apple same Fruit spacing. Small bit of Chicken or Turkey, around 100g.

Lunch

Possibly a Fish meal with some Broccoli, or a Baked potato, or some More Chicken / Turkey. Could add a bit of healthy Fat, or possibly some Grated Carrot.

Snack

Same as earlier, or could change Apple to Avocado, or Pear

Dinner

Beef, Pork or Lamb, Grilled with some Baked Potato, and / or Broccoli, bit of Onion, healthy Oil on the Potato so it doesn't get dry, (butter type substitute). or perhaps some Turnip or Swede Mashed, or some boiled Carrot.

Mid evening snack.

Hot bowl of Soup, possibly tomato, if it can be tolerated, or Oxtail, maybe Beef perhaps, and could add a bit of grated Carrot ot see how that works.

Hopefully for those with a severe digestive allergy problem same as the person above, this might help.

Someone might also want to get advice on a Digestive enzyme product, see if that eases some of the allergy woes.

Oh, I can so relate and completly understand what it's like to have lots of food allergies. It can really be frustrating...and it's definitely a never ending concern and struggle.
I read food labels constantly. I still keep a list of all the different names for sugar (one of the foods I am allergic to) in my purse just in case I forget a name or two. I no longer eat processed foods and through researching online and reading books at the library I have learned about substitutions in cooking. It's not easy but I will say that I eat healthy, and that in turn makes me feel better about all the things I can't eat anymore.
There are more and more sites becoming available for recipes and health information that might be helpful. I just typed in 'food allergy help'.

Good Luck.
