As one guest had predicted, my naturopath gave me a bunch of supplements to take.
There are 3 that I take once a day (Vitamin C, a multi-vitamin/mineral, and Omega 3s), and there are 2 that I take three times a day (a probiotic digestive aid and milk thistle for my liver).
This doesn't seem like a lot. But I still tend to forget to take them as regularly as prescribed. I haven't taken pills regularly for quite a while, and I can't seem to get back into the habit.
Does anyone have any advice how I can remember to take my pills? |

Hi Rob, good going. I don't think that's a lot of pills to take. Here's how I remember to take my pills each day. I put them all out the day before into little plastic pots. One pot for each part of the day: morning, lunch time and supper. To start this habit, put a note on your pillow to remind you to do it and then DO IT! Keep putting the note on your pillow until you start remembering without it. Habits really only take about a month to form and then you do it automatically and no missed pills!
All the best, |
