I have a sensetivity to dairy, wheat and eggs, and this is the first Christmas I've had it, so I pretty much have no Christmas baking at all. No cookies, cakes, pies, cinnamon buns, nothing. So if anyone has any recipes at all, that would make me happy!

How about a nice big hot baked apple with cinnamon and
brown sugar MMMMMM : ))
My brother is diabetic and I made a big bunch of baked
apples for thanksgiving. His had no sugar and he loved them.
