| I remember when I first saw my neighbour's arms with the 'chicken skin' and red spots; didn't look appealing ; then I devleopped the condition myself... I researched and read and what made the most sense to me is that these are fat/waste deposits. According to Louis Kuhne a German naturopath from early 19th C Germany, the body gets overwhelmed with excesses from the food and environment we live in; whatever is not eliminated, ends up stored (mainly in the body's extremities) he recommended a change of diet of course, but also a range of baths to cure this; one of them is currently revived under the name Detox Bath and is available on the web i heard; my skin condition improved eventhough not totally gone but my overall health seems to have benefited from the daily bath routine and the change of diet |

|
|
| I've had the same problem my whole life and this is what I found works best. In the shower buy a hard loofah to exfoliate the area. When you get out of the shower use Eurcerin plus intensive repair lotion. It has alpha hydroxy in it. If you put that lotion on twice a day and exfoliate it will look and feel so much better! But you have to be consistant!! Hope this works for you!! |

|
|
| [code]I've had these painless tiny greenish bumps on the back of my lower arm for about ten years now. Sometimes its not very visible but at other times it is, its not itchy and its not painful. Doctors havent been able to figure it out, does anybody have an idea what it might be and a possible source of relief. I'l appreciate all helpful responses. tx |

Go to dermadoctor.com and buy kpduty. It will make you feel relieve and not to expensive.
Good Luck...

red bumps on the upper arm, also referred to as goose skin, is likely a deficiency of Vitmain A & Beta Carotene.
Try adding cod liver/halibut to diet, and find a well rounded carotene supplement (atleast 25 000 iu/day) |

weird thing...I have had these nearly my whole life; my mother had them too...by the end of pregnancy they are gone completely...how nice to have smooth skin! The baby is nearly 3 mos old and they are back.
What is is about being pregnant...hair stops falling out and those little bumps go away? |

| had this for a long time and I figured out a solution. I used the little cold wax strips from the drug store. it went away a little the first time and I did it again and they are smooth and perfect. If I dont wax it does come back. however, a once a month rip and it stays away. YAY! |
